What’s Missing?

A new FREE journaling workshop to help you explore where to put your energy next!

Wednesday June 10th @ Noon PST - Link to follow!

Have you been feeling lost or unsure but don’t know why? Maybe it’s just a pang every now and then or maybe it’s a little voice constantly reminding you to DO something.

But what?

Hi! I’m Christina Igaraividez - storytelling coach. And as a woman who is living with chronic illness, I am acutely aware of the passing of time. The more I heal, the more I have found myself distant from the person I once identified with. I have found myself asking “What do I really want?” And sometimes the response comes to you simply because the question is on the page.

Writing has helped me understand myself and my needs more than ever these days. And I want to share this clarity with you through a guided prompt session!

Let’s explore it together. Whether it’s work, family, friends, or art, let’s see what is pulling you the most through a series of journal prompts and group discussion.

Be guided by a storytelling coach who has:

  • Won multiple Moth storyslams

  • Co-produced and co-wrote an Audible Original book of short stories "- Talking While Female

  • Published a short story on friendship in chronic illness in The Sick Times

  • Taught Storytelling 101 and 201 at various institutions such as The Second City

C’mon down on June 10th at Noon PST!

This will be online but not through Zoom so no need for cameras to be on! Just show up with something to write with and we will handle the rest. Link will be sent prior to date.
